"AVOID THIS COMPANY! Lacks skilled labor to install railings. -Required replacement of 80% of initial install. -Posts had offset anchors w/ only 2 lag screws/plate. Screws and posts RUSTED SAME DAY. All anchors had to be replaced. -RUST DAMAGE all over our existing deck and concrete patio from discarded metal shavings. -PAINT OVERSPRAY DAMAGE. -DEEP SCRATCHES AND GOUGES in our existing deck from dragging and dropping railing. 30+ deck boards ruined. -NO COMMUNICATION for wks. Over 30 emails and dozens of calls and on-site mtgs. *They offered to replace damaged deck boards but only if we signed a RELEASE OF LIABILITY/WORKMANSHIP! *They offered to pay for and deliver new deck boards but we would STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO INSTALL. *Eventually their Sales Director claimed that we could not prove that they caused the damage to our existing deck and patio. Contrary to their worry free promise, Discount Fence DOES NOT DELIVER GREAT QUALITY and DOES NOT PROVIDE GREAT SERVICE!"

Customers say: Quality work
"These guys did an outstanding job! During the estimate, Mason provided us with different options based on materials and price. Even during the project, the crew cleared an area in our backyard that was not part of the project. Mason asked us first if we would like that done and did not charge us extra for doing so. The quality of workmanship is amazing!"

"I contacted Tony about installing security panels and springs on my gate and side panels. He had a quote back to me the same day. The quote was very reasonable, so I scheduled the project. Tony was able to schedule it for me the same week. When the crew showed up, they were very professional, courteous and experts at their jobs. They completed the work quickly and the finished product looked like it was part of the original fence project. I highly recommend Tony and Sagamore Fence for any fencing needs you may have. I will be utilizing their services going forward. Show less "

"Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I honestly recommend Hogan fence company to any one who is seeking professionalism, honesty and perfection. Steve Hogan did a great job replacing my old crumbling fence two days earlier than scheduled. He removed the old one and neatly stacked it for me. He worked on the fence by himself for three days and was done (150+ ft). Mr Hogan was very respectful, considerate and prompt. I am extremely satisfied with the work he did. Also, the price was very reasonable."

Dave Loveday began building ALL types of fences with his father in 1964 when he was still in high school. In 1972 at the age of 25 Dave started contracting fences in the South and Central Texas area. \n Dave's father Taught him that he needed to decide if he wanted to be just another fence builder or if he wanted to provide a QUALITY product and SERVICE. \nDave decided to stay with the QUALITY product and SERVICE so that he would always have access to consumers that knows that you get what you pay for and that cheaper doesn't always equal BETTER. \nDave decided several years ago to stay with mostly residential fences and installs ornamental iron fences , Ornamental Gates iron railings and most other types of Fences. \nAt 64 years old Dave is still going strong and continues to serve this community with the same level of QUALITY AND SERVICE. \nPlease view my web site lovedayfence.net for a lot more information. \nIt is now November 2013 and in December it is Dave's 50 th. anniversary of being in the fence Industry. Dave is in good health and still available for most residential projects.

"We hired Allied to install a fence and gate in our backyard because they are a local business and we trusted their good reviews, Better Business Bureau grade, and their two-year craftsmanship warranty. A few months after the installation, the gate started to loosen, and the gate latch became unusable (see photos) though we used it sparingly and had no external weather damage; the gate will not close anymore and we cannot put a lock on it. We use cinder blocks to keep the fence closed now. We emailed Allied and sent them photos and Carlos replied that it would be fixed “by the end of the week or the next week” (this was in June). He did not reply to our status inquiries in the subsequent weeks, but we received a call and email from project manager Garrett who offered to help months later. We texted him photos of the fence and he said, “we need to get this fixed for you” and acknowledged on the phone that we were in the two-year warranty timeframe. Since then, Allied has not fixed the fence nor provided any information about when they intend to honor their warranty. The project manager has repeatedly asked “did Allied install it” and “what’s your last name again” though our email chain included the original invoice and our names listed on it. Allied Fence and Security advertises quality work, great customer service, and a two-year craftsmanship warranty, but we are left with a poorly made and unusable gate and experienced bad customer service, plus not following through on their two-year craftsman ship warranty. For these reasons we question Allied Fence and Security’s reputation and trustworthiness, and we give them a one-star review. We would not recommend them and regret hiring them."

"I worked with Marcos Hernandez from Stain it/Everest Paint and Construction to build and professionally finish a 2-story deck for the entrance of a duplex. He was able to work within my budget, and got all the work done, to code, and according to a very specific specification I wrote up (they even recommended some substitution and corrections where needed). Additionally, this might be the most honest contractor ive ever worked with - I accidentally overpaid, and he caught the error and offered to refund or rebate me on another project. Of course, I was very happy to accept a rebate on another project because I wanted to continue working with this company."
