They arrived on time, were incredibly polite throughout the entire process, and their attention to detail really showed in the final result. "I paid for new windows. The crew put them in backwards (water drains facing inside the house). They had to come back out and rip all the windows out, put them in correctly, and recaulk (not new windows). Several window sills were busted, not repaired. All the double windows trim buckled. Then, the caulk started to shrink, 6 windows broke (no contact from debris), and 2 windows won't lock (they do not line up right). I contacted Long Home several months ago. They sent out a contractor who investigated the issues. He concluded the windows were handled too much, and they would be replaced under warranty. Christina in the office promised to replace the windows, but nothing has happened. BEWARE. "

"Travis was excellent. Very professional. He went into the attic to see where the leak is coming from, before giving estimate on repairing the assumed mold in the wall/ceiling intersection . Unlike others, who gave astronomic estimate without even looking . Their estimates didn’t include repair/replacement work that had to be done on the flex duct. All repairs were completed on time and based on my availability. The quality of work was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!"

Their process was very thorough when going through all of the materials and options etc. Kirsty was amazing at talking with my mom who is the one that is getting the bathroom redone for her safety and comfortability. The entire process was very solid and thorough. Now we see how they do when carrying out the work. We are currently waiting on materials and permitting etc. So we can do before and after pictures afterwards. As well as provider review concerning the work itself."
