"Worthmann Roofing completed a roof replacement in May 2022. In September 2023, a leak developed. They did a repair and ceiling patch. In August 2024, the leak recurred and their crew discovered rotted wood and mold. A storm also blew off several shingles. I reported the issues and followed up consistently. After months of no response, I sent a certified demand letter in December 2024. No reply. As of January 2026, Worthmann has gone completely silent. No repairs, no timeline, no accountability. I?ve filed formal complaints with regulatory agencies. Disappointing performance from a company that promises to stand behind their work."

"Ravi, the assistant talks a great story, but Iâ m still sitting with a hole in my back porch roof where Chardonni promised me theyâ d come look at it but then they just told me one day weâ re not and thatâ s all that it was to do about it so please save your money. These people will rip you off. They do not stand behind their work."
