"I had an excellent experience with Kevin Cervantes at Real Handy Handyman. I made an inquiry through Angie's list for a handyman who could either repair or replace my sliding screen door leading to my patio. Kevin called me right away. He said that he would like to look at the screen door first to see if he could repair it to save me money. Kevin came over on the scheduled date right on time. He looked at the screen and made some calls to see if he could find parts for it but ultimately decided it would be better to replace the screen door, which was also my preference. David arranged for a screen company to come out and measure and install a new screen door. He did not even charge me for his time and labor even though I offered to pay him. Kevin is thoughtful and meticulous. I know that I can trust him to do quality work whenever I need anything done."

"Unbelievable. It's like getting a brand new door. Ron replaced the glides, weatherstripping and rollers on an old aluminum sliding patio door. Ron is extremely efficient and replaced everything in about 45 minutes. The cost may seem high, but it's much cheaper than a new door and now it works like new. Absolutely worth the price paid."

"Gransel came out the morning after my garage door opener died. He called when he was on his way and arrived on time. We discussed what I would need after not doing anything to help my old opener operate for 20 years. Less than three hours later, I had a great new state of the art opener with enough horse power to lift my heavy plywood garage door. "The owner , Daneil,  of Lock Genius was out of town but sent an affiiate ( who didn't work directly with him) over right away to assess our issue with door handle that would not work. The owner, Daniel was the nicest and most hard-working person I have probably ever dealt with for service/maintenance issues with our property or home. His affiliate charged $74 to assess issue and I waited a couple weeks for a call back to hear about what parts had been ordered and for a replacement but when I did not hear back I called Daniel and he went to work on it right away - the part was hard to obtain and he called may people to try to find a part but when he could not he figured out a way to use another part to work instead saving us  quite a bit of $ (replacement of door handle would have been $500-600 but in the end parts and labor by Daniel were only $174 more.) He even took a look at some othr things in our loft unit we were concerned about unrelated to the door/lock.  He was always so eager to help , kind and responsive by phone. I woudl highly recommend Daniel to anyone! <br />"

"<p>We selected Kenney Constructions to remodel or master bathroom. Kenney Constriction was very competitive with others that we asked bids from. The one thing that David Kenney brought that I felt other didn?t was that he and his son Allen were the ones going to be doing the job and not sub contracting any of it. Having him (the owner and the boss) on the job everyday was a plus.</p> <p>We did a lot of research to get ideas on what we wanted to do with the bathroom floor plan we had to work with. After discussing this with David he had some suggestions but left it up to us whatever we wanted. We liked most of his ideas and decided to go with it and we?re glad we did.</p> <p>We were thinking about a pony wall and he suggested taking the whole wall out. We were thinking about having the shower just gets tiled and he suggested extending it if we could afford to lose a foot from the closet next to it (glad we said yes). We wanted to keep the closet at the regular height and he suggested that we take it all the way up to the ceiling. We said yes to all and it all came together better than our vision.</p> <p> David made it easy for us. He provided us a list of recommend vendors he uses or has used in the past that provided shower doors, vanity, doors, tile, etc. It was up to us if we wanted to use them or spend a lot of time researching or going to all these different stores. We did use few of them for our tile, pocket door, tall closet door and shower door.</p> <p>It was great working with both David and Allen. They were clean, on time and very helpful. Material used was top of the line. I will use them again. They made it a point that no job is too big or too small for them. We have some small projects coming up soon that we feel it would be better suited for Kenney Constructions. We will also use them on our next big project.</p> <br />"
