"I originally phoned Eric, 4.5 years ago, during the build out of our veterinary clinic. I needed a matte finish, non-slip, easy clean, no grout and super durable (20 + years) floor. Eric came to my location, the same day, to explain the process and show me samples. Eric also directed me to another vet clinic, where I could see the very same floor I wanted. I was able to see for myself how the floor was holding up and talk to the people who used it everyday and were responsible for cleaning it. Eric was attentive to our timeline. "We noticed one night when it was raining that my husband's side of the bed was wet.  It had been slightly raining but we did not realize what really might be wrong.  Then in the night when the storm hit, my husband woke up to water dripping in his face from the ceiling cam light opening.  We turned other lights on and found the paint around the cam light to be bulging and water dripping continuously.  Needless to say, towels and releasing the bulge drained the immediate problem.  We checked Angie's list the next day and called two A rated companies.  The other company never returned our call.  Our phone call from Chandler Roofing was returned that same day and the owner was able to come by later that day.  He explained what he thought was the problem and stated what he proposed.  He said he would send a proposal right away.  The proposal came within days, was what he had stated and since we had no other contacts we signed it and returned it.  His crew called about a week later after things had dried out, showed up the same day during the time framework that they gave me and rang the doorbell.  They were given access to the back yard as well as the front and within less than an hour, the work was completed.  We have had rain since then with no problems.  We could not have asked for better service, professionalism and quality for a reasonable price.  Outstanding company."
