He came around and looked at what needed to be done and immediately advised me that asphalt as old as ours would need to be completely replaced. Within a day he had sent a very professional estimate. Meanwhile other recommended contractors had only considered resurfacing rather than redoing. Although interestingly the costs were comparable. We agreed on a time and when Junior and his crew came I saw that they fully lived up to the professional description. They worked quickly and well, and it was fascinating to watch the large, sophisticated equipment come in and remove the old asphalt, and then compress, build out and lay the new asphalt. I was impressed with how many times they compressed and re-did all the different layers and effort that went into making sure that this was a solid undertaking. When they finished they did a very good cleanup job."

"What a transformation –- a gorgeous patio surrounding our pool, and elegant walkways around the house -- all thanks to the people of Install-It-Direct -- a team dedicated to our project from the first consultation to the last installation. Dennis Caldwell and Aaron Dishon lead the team. Dennis was key to formulating the design. He discussed with us various scenarios, and made excellent suggestions. Chiefly among them was extending the patio to include walkways around three sides of the house which connected all paved areas, giving it a unified, smooth, and seamless look, and adding an improved drainage system. Aaron did superlative work in coordinating all aspects of the project, which included the demolition of the old concrete and brick patio and installation of the drainage system and the pavers. He was always available for questions and concerns, and that continued even after the project was finished. The installation crew was led by Antonio Sanchez. He and his team, Leandro and Roberto, were outstanding. They demolished the old and built the new on schedule, including extra items necessary to complete the design. Their work is simply beautiful. The entire team are professional and knowledgeable. They kept to the timeline, the cost was fair, and above all, they made us their priority. We would not hesitate to hire Install-It-Direct again."

He overcame some unexpected hurdles in his resourcing, and weather to really shine. They took care to pick up palm tree arrangements weighing several hundred lbs a piece, transport, then install them in our front yard. Loads of extra dirt displaced, and the crew simply loaded it in their trucks, and transported it away. The job was completed quick without a trace of debris left. They continued the acid washed concrete pavers all the way down our very wide side yard and also built the shed pad. Drainage was installed in various places as well. Everything was timely and we felt like we were in very capable and trustworthy hands. Work actually began while we were in Kauai but everyone was communicative and thorough.
