Then they went silent for 2 months. It is October and we sing contract in August, we finally got response that the contractor got busy with larger projects...This is very disrespectful and non professional behavior."

They called when they were on their way and actually arrived early which is generally unheard of. I was pleasantly surprised. What I thought was a small plumbing issue was in reality a much bigger problem. Jair ended up having to replace my toilets since the parts needed are no longer made/readily available. He also completed a couple other small tasks for me (electrical, etc). Even with all the extra work the total cost was still less than my usual plumber quoted for the small repair. Jair was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him and his company, Friends & Brothers!"
