"This split-level house, with a post-construction basement dug into the crawlspace, sits on a graded hill that has a good amount of clay causing periodic shifting (i.e., doors out of align, floor sag, small crack in stem wall). Drainage wasn't optimal and there have been very wet days with standing water during heavy rains in the past so a sump was dug 3' down and a pump placed with drainage to hillside. <br /> <br /> Overall: Good work and would use again and/or recommend RAD Construction. <br /> <br /> The Very Good: <br /> Great people at RAD. William was very easy to work with and addressed all questions and was available for post-completion inspection. Manny, Clayton, Junior and Jaime all did great work. Thanks to Clayton for the nice grate over my sump! <br /> <br /> The Good: <br /> Overall pleased with the work. They were very eager to address any questions and, I feel, went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied (we are). They even did a little extra that was actually out of scope and I really appreciate it! <br /> <br /> The Other: <br /> The project took a bit longer than originally stated. I didn't mind, that so much, but I think we would have appreciated better scheduling info since we have dogs that can't be trusted with an open gate."
