They arrived at the agreed time and was very nice. It was the owner and his son that did my cleaning. I had a couple other companies shampoo in the past, trying to get some pet stains and odor up. The other companies did a good job, but their disinfectants didn't do much for the stains and odor. Immaculate Carpet Cleaning got my pet stains out and killed most of the odor problem that I had. He also said he would sand it just enough to even it out but not lose the etchings and detail in the wood. He accomplished that beautifully!
