"Everyone at Solar Shield was very nice and professional. We had a few concerns when the moisture barrier was installed and we still had rain in our bedroom. Frank got it corrected the next day, and finished the roof the following week. The good news: very nice looking roof with no more leaks. The bad news: we got pictures of the hurricane straps installed and had the roof inspected by our insurance company. They found that the hurricane straps installed were not up to their standards and neither was the moisture barrier. They also found multiple slats (we didn’t have decking that covered the whole roof - old house) that were split and compromised during the work, so we were unable to qualify for any insurance discounts. Overall, we have a nice looking roof - top of the line from Solar Shield Industries. Hopefully, it will last a lifetime. But unfortunately, we have some decking remediation that needs to be done and we still need hurricane straps, which will probably be clips now. Not a big enough deal for me to raise a stink. I can retro clips and repair the few decking issues from the attic & under siding. And apparently, the moisture barrier is just not what the insurance company accepts as a “moisture barrier.”"

"I’m so glad we had the driveway painted! It finished off the clean crisp look of the house and is more hygienic as the unfinished concrete had dirt and mold on it. I don’t have to worry about that now, the water just beads off the driveway with a quick wash with the hose. Sal did a great job and we didn’t have to keep the cars off the driveway but a few days."

"Lenny and his crew were great to work with. They completed painting 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, all the trim work and doors in my home and ceiling touch ups. They also patched a large hole in our wall that looks great. I have nothing but goods things to say about the whole crew from the bid all the way to the touch ups. They were professional, showed up on time every day and cleaned up when they were done. We’ve recieved multiple compliments on how well the paint looks in our home. I would definitely hire again and recommend them to anyone looking."
