They always have the customer in mind and they work hard to deliver a quality service. We are talking about 2900 sqf give it or take of installation with a stair included. What I really like about this company besides the fact that they know a bunch about wood floors is that they always keep their word and they give you what you ask. I am very picky when it comes to my stuff, so I am not easy to work with. I will be constantly supervising the job to make sure that everything was looking like I wanted. The installation was pretty fast, but then I decided to stain the floors to give the house a more rustic look. They threw a few samples of colors and when I decided, they got to work on that. I am always impressed by the capability of these guys. They get better and better and more efficient with time. Hardwood floors are spectacular and my interior designer is keeping their card for future customers. When you want a great price and service, you gotta call this company."

"We had a massive leak in the shower of the guest bathroom. Since plumbing was one of the systems covered by our warranty with choice, I went on-line and filed a claim. I git an immediate response assigning me a claim number for reference and later that day received an appointment notice....GREAT customer service. The plumber arrived, at the time specified, and was immediately able to pin point the problem. (a defective shower cartridge) I have used Choice Home Warranty multiple times as my home ages and they pay for the replacement parts if needed. My "deductible" is a $45 fixed rate for the service call, no matter how long, or complicated the repair is. I absolutely am delighted with the customer service, fast response, low cost of a service visit, and NO surprises, or "fine print" excuses regarding coverage. They provide a list, in writing, of what is covered and what is not and do not deviate so I make sure my problem is on the list before filing a claim."

They started off strong on a multifamily project for us, but after several units being completed, started showing up late/not showing up, not living up to promises made.
