Sarah provided exceptional communication and responded very quickly to anything I needed to talk to her about concerning the project. She was also very helpful in dealing with the insurance company and knowledgeable about roofing. The crew was there on time and did an excellent job. They took the time to listen to what I had to say and were very professional. It was a good experience that went well and left me very happy. I plan on hiring them again and recommend them highly. I give 5 stars to this company for a job well done."

"I expected the roof to be done a half at a time but they rearranged dates to complete the work all at once. Every person was specialized as this is not an easy roof job. The foreman explained the newest products on the underlayment and how it worked. The tiles on the edges were custom cut and lined up beautifully. Clean up was ongoing. Only one spot on my grass. Any extra tiles were left with me."

"I recently hired Elevare Builders for some drywall work that resulted from a roof leak. There was extensive water damage to two walls. The work completed was excellent and fast. The work crew went above and beyond what was initially requested as additional damage area was discovered. Elevare repaired everything and conducted the work at the agreed upon price! "They did a great job. Quick, professional and great value for the quality of work. The job had very difficult access issues, cleanup required carrying material a long distance down a steep hill. Some contractors would not even bit on the job due to access issues. Green Mountain had no problem. This was a old roof from the 1970's and had a number of patches and attempted fixes which were not of high quality. Green Mountain cleaned off all the old roofing, and noted that the original roof had a design flaw that caused bad drainage. They suggested an easy fix which added several new outlets for water. Their suggestions were a great idea and I had them do that also. They also patched and repainted the inside water damage areas. Their work was such that I no longer even notice that there was water damage which is exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend them."

"The old peeling painted surfaces were expertly and seamlessly repaired. Shai's workman was an artist, hand-mixing the materials to match exactly the old surfaces, so it all looks like new. The water damage was a longer and more complicated process, involving assessment of water still within the wall (yes), asbestos testing ( positive), and abatement, all before Above & Beyond could start work. When they did, it went as smoothly as possible:The men moved all my bedroom furniture, which includes heavy 250-year-old chests, took down 10-foot-tall curtains and pelmets: scraped and evened out the cement floor, adding a coat of cement, replacing insulation and drywall, installing LVT flooring, and painting. Then they replaced all the furniture. Shai, himself, is professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. These traits filter down to his crews. Everything went as he said, on schedule, with no drama and no fuss. Moreover, when the insurance company was slow in sending the check, he was very understanding, and assured me he would hold my credit card information until the check came in. I cannot praise this company, and the owner, highly enough. Both experiences with them have been a real pleasure - even with my bedroom sitting in the rest of the house!
