"We had our roof replaced in July 2022. We believe that the work was done properly. However, I needed an invoice or a roofing certificate from the insurance company to reduce my premium payments. I have been asking for this document since mid-September. My last communication from Andy was on 10-17-2022. It is now Dec 19, 2022. I have been ghosted ever since. I have left messages at two different Dellisanti businesses as well as his cell phone. No response or the courtesy of an explanation."
