Prior to hiring, without obligation, he applied a temporary patch to prevent any additional damage. After evaluating several quotes, I hired Byam Construction. As scheduled, his worker showed up on time and completed the work in a professional manor. It has been several months and the repair survived the winter and I expect it will survive many more. "Mr. McCann does high quality work at a good price. He is very experienced and did a beautiful job creating and installing a rounded gutter as well as installing straight gutters and downspouts. He also installed a flat roof, installed roofing on the rest of the house, replaced cedar shingles, and did some other carpentry. It is a pleasure to work with Mr. McCann. He is trustworthy and is an excellent communicator and meets deadlines.
