We are a small business that has considerable experience cleaning vacation rental homes and have recently expanded to personal homes. Client homes are treated like our own, so attention to detail is our highest priority. For vacation rental homes, we charge a flat fee (starting at $185) for a full standard recurring clean according to a home's layout. For personal homes, we charge an hourly rate of $45.00 because each client has varying cleaning needs.
