They worked ten plus hours in my un-air-conditioned house on one of the hottest days this summer and took the time to get every detail right and then cleaned up everything before they left. "They came out to the house, measured windows, showed us their product, answered all of our questions. Then they came again to double-check the measurements. All windows were made specifically for our home. Installation took about 5 hours on day 1 and about 2 hours on day 2. Everything was cleaned up inside and outside. All staff were helpful, friendly, and did a wonderful job. The new windows exceeded my expectations with the quality."

"Sales was excellent, but that’s where it ended. Was told someone would come out for accurate measurements to send to manufacturer. No one ever called. Soon i was charged for the doors to be made but never had official measurements taken and it was like pulling teeth for someone to provide me proof that measurements were taken when no one was home. I was told it happened on 10/31 but I was out of state. So must have broken into my property to do it then? Skip ahead two months, one door shows up to be installed but can’t as it doesn’t fit. Shocking. Three months later all doors arrive for install. First time I touch it the screen falls off my patio door. On the other door the hardware isn’t what I ordered to begin with and there is a dent in the steel paneling. So one of three doors is working out for me. In total, it’s been six months since i signed on the contract and i haven’t so much as received a “hey, we’re sorry this has been awful and we really appreciate your $15,000. How can we make it right?” Instead I have to inquire DAILY with someone from installation scheduling (since this is the only contact I have aside from sales) about when and how management is going to fix it. I went with Champion as for the warranty and quality of work. Never again"
