"Carlos Padillo called me the day I posted this project and came out the next day and provided a free estimate. We also received quotes from 2 other companies. We decided to install 1,400sf of LVP with new quarter round throughout the common areas. They were very flexible and worked with my schedule for desired installation dates. They removed 550sf of carpet and 850sf of engineered wood and laid the LVP and completed all work in 3 1/2 days. They did an excellent job and paid great attention to detail and even caulked and painted where necessary for new quarter round. They worked hard to ensure that the flooring was laid perfectly and I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family."

He came up with an innovative solution to an unusual problem I had where a nervous dog had chewed the sides of my stairs, as well as some door trim. First, two professionals looked at the door and for varying reasons said it couldn't just be fixed, it had to be replaced. Anyway, long story short, Phil did an amazing and creative job, obviously proud of his work (rightfully so), and confident in his ability. Extremely fair price for both tasks.
