The owner, Oscar, answered my Angi request by phone within 15 minutes of posting and informed me that he could arrive at my home the very next morning to give me a quote for vinyl fence repair. While he was here, I requested other services: replace plank siding and siding frame, and toilet leak repair. Later that afternoon, Oscar sent me a detailed professional service agreement quotation. The quote was very reasonable, particularly for two sections of the siding replacement that required work to be performed on my roof. These projects were completed within 2 days (about 12 hours of work total) and Oscar did a fantastic job. He arrived early/right on time on both days and didn’t even take a lunch break…in 90+-degree weather! When Oscar was ready to repair my toilet, without my asking, he removed his shoes - a true professional. I will definitely hire Lavo Construction again for any handyman services in the future!"

To make it easier for me to get exactly what I wanted and top quality fixtures, Keith provided advice and all rough in and finish work. I special ordered all plumbing fixtures, custom cabinets, stone cabinet top, shower door, marble and tile. Keith picked up all materials and with his assistant, installed everything. He did an outstanding job of installing special German made shower valves and a Toto Washlet. The quality and precision of their work was impeccable and the tile and marble work was particularly impressive. Everything went together steadily and smoothly and the entire job was done in a little over 4 weeks. I would like to have him do further projects for me, based on the quality and reliability he has shown."

"I actually just called to get an idea of how to fix my dryer. I already had it apart and had eliminated a couple possible issues. Turns out they were on their way back from a meeting elsewhere, so they didn't have their attire or equipment, but they were willing to come check it out. They stayed for about 2 hours trying to figure it out. Since they didn't really replace any parts and could not actually fully repair it, they didn't charge for their time or service. They did tell me which part I needed to order and where it needs to be hooked up. These guys were a huge help and super friendly and professional. I learned a lot from their time here. I would totally consider working with them if I had a project I needed help with."
