"They did such a great job and were quick and efficient. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have their deck repair or install ."

"Easy process from quote to work complete. The crew worked on a few small projects -- fixed a damaged wall, repaired flooring, and installed a new toilet."

"We just wrapped up our 3rd project with Lasting Strength over the last year. 1st was adding a custom storage bench, 2nd was creating a new balcony, and this one was a total basement overhaul (adding a 1/2 bath, mudroom, storage cabinets, builtins etc). Safe to say that all of our home improvement in the future goes through Adam. We were blown away by his attention to detail throughout the project, as well as his creativity. Adam went out of his way to save us money -- from going to great lengths to track down a match for our existing tile rather than re-tiling the whole space, to offering advice on finishes and layout. The basement is now our favorite area in the house."

"Nixon and his crew called or emailed me before they arrived ,to power wash our deck and answered any questions in a timely manner. They were very articulate and left the area clean when they completed their work. My husband and I would highly recommend them."

"Very professional team. The whole crew did an excellent job on my old deck removal & more than excellent on building my new trex deck. I would highly recommend A1 to anyone that needs any kind of home repair improvements done. Professional, Clean up every day & I would hire again for any future major home projects."

"Riza was very professional and very nice to work with. He and his workers did a great job repairing and replacing exterior window trim and minor deck repairs. He also built a platform to raise my fridge which was an additional request. They even repaired a screen door and added an additional support. Great work ethic, responsive, and work done well and finished fast. I recommend and would hire again."

"I appreciate Mauro listening to my ideas, he provides feedback and suggestions. My first project (16 step front entry/ porch) came out as envisioned with his input/ideas, it is picture perfect. We are now working on our next project to be completed in the next few weeks. I highly recommend Mauro, respectful and professional."

"Carlos did a phenomenal job of landscaping at my home in Connecticut. A tree in my yard of immense sentimental value was dying, and he attentively nursed it to health. I now look forward to seeing it blossom every spring. Carlos paid an extreme level of attention to the work we needed done, and carried it out extremely efficiently. He was also especially friendly to my young children and two dogs. Would recommend to anyone in need of services."

"Edie and his crew were easy to work with and reasonably priced. His work in rebuilding our porch and back deck were excellent with helpful suggestions in design. We liked his work so much that we continued working with him to build a stone patio attached to the deck and re-do our front yard retaining wall."

""Multiple projects involving deck, siding, outside trim, soffits, chimney, light fixture, and carpentry. The pricing was very reasonable, there wasn't any waste (as some materials were able to be re-purposed) and they did an excellent job. They showed up on time, were very efficient, did great work, and thoroughly cleaned up upon completion. Gary is very accommodating and responsive. I recommend him highly!!!!!"
