"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"From start to finish, Hernan + crew did an outstanding job on a very big yard clean-up project. Our yard was completely overgrown. We needed to have all the weeds, leaves, and vines cleared. There was quite alot of brush to be removed, along with some small tree stumps. The crew started on-time, was always professional, cleaned up daily, and worked hard to complete the project within the promised timeline. Hernan responded quickly and was good with any necessary follow-up. The quote was very competitive (we got a number of bids for the work.) We highly recommend Eight Lanes and look forward to hiring them for future yard-related projects."

"Would definitely recommend this company for any landscaping projects you have in mind. Brennan is fair, competent, and easily accessible throughout the job. He has a very friendly and hard working crew. Astro turf in my dog’s fenced in area eliminated the mud problem- on my shoes and the dog."

"Marcos and his team are highly competent, competitively priced, and seemingly with no limit to what they can do. They just replaced my deck with trex and it’s amazing. Additionally, they installed a 125 foot retaining wall, almost 6 foot high at peak, stone steps, and more. Good people and solid work! Highly recommend MRO"

"He proceeded technically outstanding. The result was a beautiful landscape, wit a beautiful and strong grass. The trees services were good, because they have good appliances and gentle people."

"If something were to happen with the person I use now, I would go to them for service. He gave me a text about what he thought it would be to do the lawn."

"Anthony was friendly and punctual.  He came to see the backyard the day after I called him and had his crew come the day after that.  They came to rake out the soil and plant grass seed but also took out some left over concrete and even some large branches from a tree in my yard.  I called Anthony a few times to regarding care of the lawn and he answered all my questions right away. The grass is quite full now (about 2 months later).  I absolutely recommend Anthony.
