"It started with a retaining wall under our patio room. The wall has been leaning outward over the years (scary) since it is under a room in our house. I got a few bids and not only did I like Eric the best (he made me feel like this was an easily doable job vs. a "big problem" like a competitor made it sound. Turns out the wall was not built exactly right so they dug it out and rebuilt it correctly.
