"From the initial call to Chris at Concept Flooring to the completed job, things could not have gone better. Chris was very responsive and came out immediately. He offered solutions and was very conscientious of our budget and timing. The hardwood floor installation personnel were on time, cleaned up, did amazing demo work without damaging walls and/or vanities. The carpet installation personnel were also amazing! I could not recommend Chris and this company more. I wish I had found them years ago!"

"I would recommend that you contact Felipe if you are in need of hardwood flooring. He and his crew did an amazing job on my entire home. I had carpet upstairs and they came in moved the furniture, removed the carpet and installed hardwood flooring through out. I went with solid wood so it required them to install, sand, and stain. They were very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. My down stairs already had hardwood so it required him to sand and stain. I am completely satisfied with my new floors. I also felt comfortable leaving him and his crew in my home alone if I needed to run errands. I just decided that I want to put hardwood in my master bedroom closet and I've reached out to him to do that work as well. Thanks Felipe for everything!!!!!"

"Bedroom floor needed wood refinished, carpet removed. Very efficient, professional personnel, did a great job! Clean up done well and we have a beautifully finished floor. There were a few unexpected issues that were discovered when carpeting removed in our 60+ year old home, but these were easily taken care of by Footprints. Highly recommend!"

"Footprints did an absolutely wonderful job for us installing a brick-tile floor in a tricky herringbone pattern. The job was completed on-time and on-budget - we never had to worry about a thing! We cannot recommend Footprints highly enough!"

"We had been putting off replacing our outdated carpet because we thought the process would be too disruptive to our work-from-home schedules. Breakthrough Flooring completely changed our minds! They provided a transparent, competitive quote during our free estimate, and their crew was so quiet, polite, and efficient that we were able to work uninterrupted the entire time. The new hardwood and LVP flooring completely transformed the vibe of our entire house. Exceptional craftsmanship, fair pricing, and a genuinely wonderful team to work with!"

"The work I had was to replace the wooden floor for the kitchen, dining, living and sun rooms plus the pantry, powder room and the passage leading from the front door, due to a leaking pipe. For quality of the job done, I would give the company 10 out of 5 if that was possible. They were quick to make contact with us through Home Advisor and provided an estimate within a few days. I actually got four other estimates and they were the most competitive. The important thing to me was the measurements they provided. The square feet for the area to be repaired with engineered wood, was the least of all the estimates. Area measured by Kairos was approximately 850 sq ft. All the others were 1000-1100 square feet!!! I knew he was the closest to what was required. At the end of the project, only five lengths of wood was remaining. Amazing. That told me a lot about his honesty and right away I hired him. That’s another 10 out of 5!!!! Douglas the owner is a charming person and knows his job really well. I unequivocally recommend him very highly. A job well done."

"It was a great experience. The team completed the job in 3-4 days. The floors look amazing. Could not be happier."

"They did a great job repairing our squeaky floors and laying down beautiful carpet and were super quick. This has changed our lives. And the price was on point. You guys are our official floor guys. See you next time!"
