Had a back up and it flooded my finished family room. Not to mention, my lawn is all weeds, he never came back to fix it. never pulled the stumps, which was part of the contract, had to hire someone else. Big waste of money. For longer projects we may do interim invoicing; otherwise we bill for the project when it is complete and we request that you pay us upon receipt of the invoice.
