"I can’t recommend Alem LLC highly enough! I had an urgent issue with my door, and they came out immediately—within hours of calling. The technician was not only prompt but incredibly professional, assessing the problem quickly and efficiently. They had all the necessary tools and expertise to fix the door on the spot. The quality of their work was outstanding, and the door operates perfectly now. I truly appreciated their fast response and top-notch service. "Replaced our front storm door and did a great job."

"Scheduled a repair right away. He was able to fix a door latch and a window latch for our older Anderson doors."

"The overall replacement of this window was exceptionally good. However the window is located directly above our bathtub and with him coming in and out my tub was left extremely dirty by him standing inside of the tub. He did not drape anything inside of the tub to make sure it was left clean. Nor did he attempt to remove the shoe marks himself. It took my wife a couple of days to remove all of the dirt and scuff marks from our tub. Why so long? Because comet and bleach did not work. She finally decided to use Spray9 along with comet and boiling hot water, allowing it to soak a few minutes scrubbed it and now it is clean again."

"The scheduler did not tell me I had to furnish materials, so wrapping porch columns in vinyl could not be done. I assumed quoted price included materials. It did not. The workman who did the other jobs (repairing stairs, cutting off a door, fixing an ill hanging door and repairing two cabinet hinges) did a good job. However the scheduler corrected the price and quoted $1257 for the work accomplished, which only took 6 hours. That is over $200 an hour. Happy with the work, unhappy with the price."

"Great honest contractors. They did my bathrooms, hot water heater, unclogged my house drain and they did a French drain so my basement is not wet anymore. I already hired them to do my whole roof in the spring. I will hire them anytime."

"Juan was very easy to work with. They showed up on time and actually finished it earlier than quoted. They price was very good and they did a great job! We had a lattice fence built around the crawlspace of our house. Used quality wood and did a very professional job. I will definitely use them again."
