"Russ and his team are very professional and know the business. I ask him to come out a few months ago to see if I needed a new roof. My roof was reaching 15 years in age and my insurance company of course has been raising my premiums because of the age. Russ was very honest and told me my roof was in excellent shape for the age. No repairs or replacement needed. BTW, I can't stand insurance companies. About a week ago the high winds in our area caused a big limb to weaken and lay on top of my roof which caused some damage, I had to have a tree guy come out and take care of that issue, but it caused some damage to my roof. Called Russ he came out gave an honest estimate on the damage and repair. Other than this issue my roof is still sound after being 15 years old. I would highly recommend this company. Honest and Reasonable. No pressure sell."

"T Rock Roofing STOLE thousands of dollars from me. After my roof was done by this company, no invoice was sent. I spoke with two reps and they both said the quoted amount sent to me prior to service being done was the correct amount. After I wired the money, I reviewed the charges and Class 4 upgrades were on the quote. When I contacted T Rock, they immediately admitted that I was overcharged. Since then, the company has ignored my phone calls and texts about getting my money back. Twice promising a check would arrive by a certain date when I was able to get them to respond but no check has arrived. From my count there have been three occasions that I’ve been lied to. I will be filing a police report if this is not resolved soon."
