"Freddy and Asusano are some very patient and intelligent when it comes to this. The day they cam out to bid they didn?t find it complicated at all to do my project our land isn?t that even and previous contractors were all saying I needed more dirt and recommended I expand. What did that tell me? They wanted more money. Freddy had the idea of just adding some steps to the side. That way I could have easier access to the back door of my shop! To me that was true customer service and integrity which unfortunately lacks in multiple construction companies. I will have these guys come out in a few weeks to do some work at my daughters house"

"The old patio was over-graded and sloped steeply away from our house. One of my big concerns was for the new patio to be as level as possible. Brandon Chaney and his foreman were very attentive and addressed this and other concerns and the patio in a word is awesome. It is now a space that complements our home and will see frequent use entertaining family and friends. <br /> We looked at other options-patterned concrete and natural stone but, Belgard Pavers have a lifetime warranty and Legacy guarantees their work for 10 years. Our old patio cracked as it shifted with our clay soil. "They were very responsive. I got 3 quotes. They were the lowest (by a little) and able to start the soonest. When rain entered the forecast, they called to see if they could start the Saturday before we were scheduled. The yard looks so much better now."

"In every dimension they wildly exceeded my greatest expectations. The stone work was perfection. They trenched and set each stone in concrete and then applied the mortar. After the mortar had set up they hand brushed and smoothed each joint. They had come by the week befor and killed all the grass. They removed the grass, added top soil and tilled it in. They sought my input on plant location and made sure I was satisfied and installed 2-3 inches of mulch when done. As for the Palram polycarbonate roof on my patio the installation was highly detailed and the toughest part was trimming the 45 foot curved edge. Travis said this was his 40th install but his toughest challenge finishing out the curved edge. All I can say is he nailed it. He even went back and hand trimmed the edge in order to remove the flashing leaving a perfect edge. Once he was done he water tested the roof to ensure there were no leaks. Nine years earlier they had installed a stone & boulder landscaing along the front of my house. Over time some of the mortar joints had cracked. They removed the cracked mortar and reploaced it at no additional charge. This is a company that takes pride in their work and it shows in everything they do from design, to installation to clean up. They covered details I would not have even thouht to address. I didn't take roofing pictures or the front stone work but it turned out great. Three of my neighbors were so impressed they are getting bids for their yards."
