He is very professional and knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. The crew arrived on time and worked hard all day to get the job done. They were incredibly careful to protect my property, and they cleaned up everything after they were finished. We had to wait to seal it due to multiple days of rain, but he kept me informed throughout the week. The patio is even more beautiful than I had imagined. It is perfectly level and smooth, and the concrete finish is flawless. I went with the stamped look with a dark grey mixed in. "BEWARE - Check first with the contractor license department - this contractor cannot obtain a permit. He took deposit money and never provided a service and cannot pull a permit. The permit was denied multiple times as no valid license was on file, he does not return calls, has not sent our refund. He blatantly lied and said the permit was complete and he had us on the schedule when in fact a call to the building department turned up the truth. He is unlicensed and if your project requires a license as ours did he will keep your deposit and not return calls."

"People often ask what makes great contractor? A great contractor will respond and show up when they say, will tell you what to expect and deliver the same. Will do quality work and conduct themselves professionally. Will go above and beyond when an issue comes up. Will not nickel and dime you. Complete project in a timely manner and clean up after themselves daily. With that said, Maple Fl exceeded every expectation. Lewis and crew are a hard working team and take their time to do it right the first time. How refreshing to work such a professional team. "Only did about one third of the work- could not complete without me signing a waiver relieving them of any damage done to my pool surface. This was not mentioned until after approximately one third or less of the work was completed. Management was condescending and unwilling to negotiate as they wanted half of the contracted money and barely completed one third of the contract. None of the issues we hired them to correct were fixed and I have zero confidence the pool deck is actually stabilized as they claim since the technician stated to me the day he was there that he could not complete stabilization without injecting more foam which he could not do without possibly damaging the surface of my pool. After paying them more than $3,200.00 it looks worse than it did before they showed up. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!"

"The company charged $4000 for a pop-up drainage system to prevent flooding in my stand-alone backyard office. When heavy rain came, it was apparent that the system in place was not working, and despite multiple emails, no one responded for six months. When they did, they sent workers out to do the same job that was already done. They also told me that the system in place would not work and should never have been placed and in the end, recommended I hire an irrigation company, stating that they are not an irrigation company and, when asked about a partial refund since the system placed did not work, they refused. In short, I cannot recommend this company. Poor work, poor customer service."
