When the first repairman came to fix the AC that stopped working, he spent about 15 minutes at my house and put some fluid in the AC unit but the AC stopped working again the next day..The worker stated that his trip should be covered by warranty since they installed the AC. Donner charged us $974.01 for that first trip. I have noticed they have made a big effort to covered up the bad work and billing they have done in the past for a lot of people. Be careful of this company and check around."

John converted a bathroom into a laundry/work room that I wanted to be both useful and functional, but also attractive. The project was slightly more complicated than it may sound, because I wanted the plumbing connections maintained but hidden in the event that a future owner wants an additional bathroom again. In the middle of the project, the Santa Fe monsoon season began and we discovered a fairly significant roof leak. John dropped everything, examined the leak, obtained the parts for what turned out to be an incorrectly installed skylight, and fixed it. He also identified and advised on some other items that needed attention in our newly purchased home. Even with the extra work, John came in slightly under budget."
