In the middle of the project, the Santa Fe monsoon season began and we discovered a fairly significant roof leak. John dropped everything, examined the leak, obtained the parts for what turned out to be an incorrectly installed skylight, and fixed it. First year we discovered the water heater was improperly ventilated and would not function and had to be replaced. Improperly sealed tile. Leaking sink. Crumbling concrete steps.
