His price was very reasonable and he has called to check on the system and make sure I am satisfied. I know he will be there right away if I have any problems. I had no experience with choosing a system for an older house in Santa Fe. There is no ductwork. It was heated with a wood stove. The mini split system has given me three zones in the house where I can control the heat or cooling separately. This is perfect for me because I don't have to heat or cool areas that I am not using."

Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Called, after checking the List, got Brenda on the phone, who made an appointment for the next day.
The plumber, Leno, called about 15 minutes before arriving (on time).
He assessed the situation, got to work and had the job wrapped up in an hour or so.
The repairs were fully successful. He also gave us some very helpful tips about a few other plumbing/heating-related issues that we will deal with later in the year.
We were very impressed with his hard work and professionalism. We will definitely hire Universal for our future plumbing needs.
