"Pros: Johnathan and Derek are very polite and pleasant to work with. Took them a little over an hour to clean 5 rooms and a closet. Cost for service was very reasonable. Cons: missed one or two spots on the carpet. Didn't say if they had tried to remove them. Could have done a better job re-setting the nap in a couple of high traffic areas. Their truck leaked a bit of oil on my driveway."
