"Jose did a 50-yard-long cement walkway varying from 4 to 8 feet wide and then installed brick on top. He also did some drainage work that ended up a being a bigger job than we planned due to slope & elevation. He is a licensed general contractor and has a hard-working team he works with including his father who has been in the cement business for many years. They have the large digging & dirt moving equipment needed for the work. Jose was open and flexible with changes I wanted to make along the way. I am happy with my walkway and the drainage work and would use Triple MMM Construction again."

"Karl and All American *killed it* on this job. We had an old, funky, dilapidated bathroom that was in need of not only being updated, but saved as well. We had a few ideas of what we wanted, and Karl was able to see those through and bring in a lot of other fresh, creative concepts we hadn't considered. From a complete gut, the bathroom acquired a completely water-proofed walk-in curb-less shower (with linear drain), floor-to-ceiling tile, new fixtures, new pony/privacy wall with glass, high-efficiency toilet, new install of heater/fan (and roof exhaust vent), and new low-profile fader LED lighting. Throughout the entire process, Karl walked us through what he was doing each day, made sure to get our input for design decisions, and interfaced with vendors to get us contractor prices (for which the ever-honest Karl actually refunded us some of our initial payment!). Karl and All American were very professional, super detail-oriented, and great people to work with."
