"I hired Basnett Construction to remodel my kitchen, and living room areas. They reviewed my draft plans and prepared a more formal set of plans that was submitted to the city for a permit. The project from start to finish took about six months to complete. I was quite pleased with Basnett Construction's professionalism, meticulousness, attention to detail especially in kitchen cabinet, island and new interior door installations, their efficiency, and their ability to be flexible with me in my decision making during the build process. "Removal of 1930’s cracked stucco wall in back yard. Replaced with grape-stake fencing. In the early phase of the project, we sat down with Joe and went over design ideas and cost. He was fun to work with. He really listened to what we wanted and gave input when we asked. The team finished the project a day early and came in under budget. We love the end result."

"Joe Kincaid was a pleasure to work with and made several great suggestions to save us money. He and his entire team were organized, professional, and punctual. Kincaid made a project that for us was rather large and complicated, easy and almost effortless. The finished guest house is beautiful! We also had a new counter and cabinet installed in the main house with a new dishwasher installation. "Our recent home remodel was pretty extensive. I knew I wanted to change some things, improve some things, and fix some problems with our house, but I didn't have any idea how to get there. From my initial meetings with Tony, I could tell that he was comfortable with the scope of the project, and that I would be able to work with him through all the challenges that I figured would come with a project of this size. Now that we've finished our project, I can say I'm glad we went with OM Construction. The price was fair, the guys were onsite 6 days a week from start to finish, and the quality of work was very good. During the project, Tony always had a positive attitude, and worked to help us solve a lot of problems with our old house ranging from framing, insulation, electrical, plumbing, doors, and windows. His guys did a good amount of finish work too, including stucco repair, laminate flooring installation, molding installation, drywall/skim coating, and interior and exterior painting. Marcos, Carlos, Josue and Elias were all very respectful while in our house and took extra effort to clean up well at the end of every day. Overall I think the project turned out great, and I'll definitely call Tony the next time I have a project I can't handle on my own."
