"Before John agreed to take the job, he spent a few minutes talking me through debugging the situation with my current disposal to make sure I didn't have a problem I could easily solve myself. Then, when I determined I did want the replace the unit, he also had advice to make sure I didn't overpay for the replacement. All of this discussion in advance showed me a high level of trustworthiness. In scheduling the work, he was able to find an appointment a week early than he had initially estimated, due to a cancellation. He showed up on time, did the work quickly, explained the ongoing maintenance we should perform, and left the place spotless. We found him very nice to deal with."

"Called Javier on a Saturday afternoon for a main breaker that overheated and died due to old age. He appeared at my house one hour later, and replaced the breaker. He could have gouged me for the Saturday call, but the bill was surprisingly reasonable. I am going to hire Javier to replace the entire panel since it is old."
