"This job was completed with in the three days he specified it was during summer and I have kids so it was important that he kept his time line. The color was perfect and we are very happy with the work .we have previously had our RV pad poured and it matched the old concrete perfectly .We always use them for our concrete needs..Always happy....."

"Randy is a true professional and knows his craft inside and out.  Our new driveway is just beautiful and based on all the work done to prepare the driveway (depth of dirt and gravel, compression, rebar placement) I know we got a top-notch product.     We are beyond happy with the experience of working with Randy.  It was a three-day project but he came out a day early to do some prep work to ensure the next step (digging up the old asphalt driveway) would go smoothly.  He was the first to arrive and the last to leave each day.  His work ethic cannot be faulted and was very respectful of us and our property.   Randy kept us informed every step of the way and if there were any changes or delays he communicated them to us.   His estimate was MUCH less than the two other estimates we got and he was much more professional than the other two project managers. The estimate he gave us was exactly what we paid.   We would definitely hire him again and have already recommended him to friends.  "

"They were outstanding and its my 2nd time to use them. They always showed up on time when they say they will show up and they were always on time. They kept everything clean and finished the job on sched."

"This was my first purchase of a Angie's List special.  I am very pleased with this company.  The provided excellent communication, prompt response, on-time arrival and a bargain for the amount of work that was done.  They restored the areas I requested.  I would recommend them and WILL definitely use them again.
I choose this company because the work to be performed was minor & it seemed to me that several of the granite companies were looking for bigger jobs, based on the amounts of money that was spent by reviewers.  I use this technique often for vendors.  I do not like to be overcharged, nor do I like compnaies to try to sell me additional stuff.  I use a "don't contact me - I'll contact you" approach and do not like unsolicited marketing or advertising (including from Angie's List).
I bought the service over the weekend.  The owner contacted me during the weekend to let me know that he was not able to telephone me because the number listed in my Angie's List account was old and was no longer my number.  I gave 3 dates for the work to be performed, and they were able to come out this morning - just a few days after requesting the service (and over a weekend).
The technician arrived at about 8:30 am - the service was scheduled beween 8-10 am.  I showed him what I wanted done and he began work immediately.  He worked quietly and efficiently.  He was here nearly two hours and restored the areas I requested.  There was no extra charge and he did not try to sell me anything else (I like that).  I am very pleased with the work and the price.  Last week I hired a plumber that charged me $99. just to get to the house!
Do be sure to tip the technician if you are completely satisfied.

"What I liked about De La Luz Concrete is the overall experience. From the initial contact with the owner Piacido, he was courteous, informative and responded back in a timely manner. On the actual work day the crew showed up on time, with plenty of employees for the task at hand. Other companies won t have the sufficient workers and try to complete a big task with few workers! The work was done in a timely manner, clean and the communication between Piacido and myself was clear at the start of the project and throughout the workday. Piacido was was patient in answering All my questions. The only unfortunate thing was not finding this company earlier for other projects I had done already!"
