The company failed to show up for two scheduled appointments and failed to call us to let us know they were not coming. <br /> We then called Oasis Water Well Drilling and they showed up for a preliminary assessment on the very same day we called. They reviewed our problem and given the age of the well, they recommended some additional work. They were very professional and knowledgeable. We scheduled an appointment to replace the pump and perform the rest of the recommended work. They showed up when expected and completed most of the work in one day. They came back the next day to finish the clean up. The job site looks great and the well house looks better than it did when new! <br />"

Also let homeowner know that the heater in well pit was installed incorrectly. Ordered parts and came back to the job at 12:30pm. Worked until 7pm complete the job and testing. Also when pump was fixed instead of letting the water flow out on </p> <p>ground and be wasted. Collected in large bucket and dumped on the nearby trees. "We were amazed at how quickly they came once we called. They went to work quickly and found the problem VIA their camera. We could actually see where the kink in the sewer was and that needed to be replaced. They were amazed that we had this problem because our house is only 4 years old. They found that the builder didn't do a very good job because he didn't tramp the ground like it should have been done. Also, there was a rubber boot connector in the main line that was offset. One of the clean-out risers and one of the main line pipes were not glued so that wasn't up to code and Roto-rooter glued the pipes together. The only bad thing was that one of the workers leaned into one of the pipes and broke it off at the bottom so that had to be replaced. There wasn't a lot of room to work in and it was cold and damp. They fixed that and worked until after dark to make sure that we had use of our bathrooms that evening. Their supervisor also paid a visit while they were doing the project which made the whole ordeal quite professional. They even wrote on our receipt and promised a better writeup about how this was the fault of the contractor who built this house. We found it a good experience even though we were quite upset with having this happen in a new house that is being used only half of the year. <br /> We thought what we paid was reasonable. The 2 guys who came out were nice and really hard workers. <br />"
