"Joanie arranged for a consultation to review the services I wanted to get. This was scheduled in advance and she arrived on time. We agreed on services, a date/time that they would be performed, and a hourly rate she would charge. There was a lot to do and it took 17.5 person-hours to complete the job. The result is amazing -- clean windows, stove, bookshelves, counter tops, and bathrooms. What a great service from a licensed provider that was easy to schedule and exceeded my expectations.
