"Eduardo and Reyes Loya remodeled our bathroom removing an old bathtub and old tile from the walls. They built wall nichos, retiled the floor, smooth finish on the walls and painted, replaced an old vanity and shelf, rewired the outlets and adding an outlet for an electric bidet. They installed a new vessel sink and shower . The river walk design on the walls was beautiful. They were professional, honest and not only thorough but detail oriented. They communicated with us from start to finish. They cleaned up after each day and hauled away the debris.I highly recommend them to everyone. "Great -- I have a large window (~3'x6') that sits at an angle over a garden tub that was leaking and needed to be replaced. I hired Just Stucco and Windows based on all the positive reviews, and I was not disappointed. They were always prompt, professional, and polite, and did a fantastic job on the window installation as well as the stucco repair around the window -- the color and texture is such a close match to the existing stucco you can hardly tell any work was done. Unfortunately, due to the slope of the window, water collects in the recess between the window pane and the frame and has nowhere to go, so it leaked shortly after installation (where the glass meets the frame). I called James and they came out to recaulk the window. Although it hasn't rained since then, I'm not sure if it will leak again, but I'm 100% confident that if it does they will come right and to make it right. Thank you James and your staff, I will definitely call you in the future when I'm in need of window and/or stucco work."

"This is a long, but honest review- Let me start by saying I have mixed emotions. I reached out to Aesthetic Windows and Doors February 6th, they gave me an estimate to replace my sliding glass door and sent someone out to do some measurements. The next day I got another quote from the person that came out to do the measurements, that was nearly 30% more than the original quote. I questioned why (it was a standard door, as previously quoted), and they said they would do the job for the original quoted price. The install was supposed to take place February 10th, however it snowed so they were unable to do the install- understandable. They stated that they would call to reschedule Monday, February 12. I did not hear from them, so I called them February 13, they set the install for February 15th. They came out and put the door in on the 15th. Okay, great, however, they did not cover the area that they were working, and my ENTIRE downstairs was COVERED in dust. It took me 2hrs to clean everything. Not only that, but they failed to let me know that there would be a different crew to come out, at a different time, to do the stucco patchwork as well as the indoor framing. After the install crew left, I got a call for the remaining balance final payment. I found this odd being that the job was only half done. I let them know that I would not be making the final payment until the job was complete and asked to get on the schedule with the stucco crew. I was given the date of February 27. It was a long way out, but I was told that was the soonest because they had a “big job” going on. February 20th, I got a call that they were on the way out to do the stucco patch. Well, it was a Tuesday, and I was at work- so I had to take off and meet them for what was supposed to be a “45min.-1hr” job. They arrived at 9:30 and did not finish until noon. When they finished the outdoor stucco patch, they just left- didn’t tell me they were done, didn’t lock up the gate, just left. Not to mention the fact that they had a boy, couldn’t have been older than say 13yrs old, working with them, which is UNACCEPTABLE. They still had to return to do the indoor framing, paint the stucco, install the screen door, and replace my wrought iron bars. I got a call later that day scheduling the remaining work for February 26th. They arrived and finished the job, as scheduled, on the 26th. This is where my mixed feelings come in- the process was horrible- However, the door is great, the price was great, and they good work. If you don't mind the horrible communication, unfinished work, and messes, their work is good."

"I contacted the company and had a list of what needed to done. I knew the cost was $45 an hour, and I estimated the work could be finished in 1 or 2 hours at a maximum. The company sent two workers, instead of just one. I didn't expect at all. I didn't hear that I'd need two people, especially since I gave the list of what needed to be done. They was supposed to be here at 1pm, and the boss called to say they were running behind. He said they would arrive between 2-3pm. They called at 3:07pm to say they were lost, and and arrived at 3:20pm. When he presented the bill, they said that they arrived at 3pm, but they did not. They arrived at 3:20. After two hours, the men left, and claimed that all the work was done. All of the work on the list, including the pantry door, were supposedly fixed. Later that night, I went to slide the door and it didn't work. When they gave the receipt it said I owed $192.60. He said to me, it was $45 dollars an hour, but it was for two guys, for two hours each. This is very frustrating. When I called the owner, and explained the work, I didn't hear that he was going to send two people. He insisted that it had to be two guys, and they both have to paid equally. The job was done, but it was not done well. The pantry door still isn't sliding very well. Can't open it with out damaged the top of the door. i was trusting that it would be fine, but it's not. When you're working with a company or purchasing offers on Angie's List you need to know how many people are coming and what the price is per person. You want to be very clear with what your getting. For instance, I didn't hear that it was $45 per person, per hour. I didn't hear him when he said he would be sending two men."

"They were extremely thorough.  They rented a special machine to 'scrub' the air and clean out the mold once and for all.  I needed to leave the house for 48 hours and also remove my indoor cats.  Initially they thought my goldfish would be okay so we left  her in the house.  When it was evident that she wouldn't be all right they took her out of the tank, put her in a 5 gallon tank that I had and put her in the safest part of the house.
When they came back a few days later to check how everything was one of the cats got into the crawl space.  I wasn't home and they were worried about the cat's safety.  They waited until she came out even though they had to stay and extra hour or so.

"They had to go out and purchase the gutter and supplies (I reimbursed them) which used up a fair amount of the time I was to have in the offer (4 hours) and when I discussed other things they might do in the 4 hours, they declined, stating those items were excluded from the offer or beyond what they could do (for ex, some door weatherstripping). I was very happy they did offer to come back and move a shed. It was an additional fee that I felt was very reasonable and well done.  It all evened out when added together.
