"I called Alvarado Roofing for an estimate and they were the only company that came out *and* climbed up on the roof to measure and really look at my roof to see what they were getting into. They removed all the layers of hail damaged roofing as well as our flat roof over our patio and replaced it with hail resistant shingles and some really awesome roofing for over the patio. They also decked over where the swamp cooler was (had A/C installed later). They did all of this in one day! They kept in touch and followed up throughout and after the job. We highly recommend!"

"Roofing USA were very professional throughout. They were punctual, although the work got done a few weeks later than planned but such delays happen in this industry. They seem to have done a good job with the Gaco coating, although I did have to ask them to come back after they were done to redo a few patches that didn't get a thick enough layer. They were happy to do that. They only had to resurface part of my roof - the rest is a walkable roof deck - and they did leave many spots of Gaco on the roof deck which I had to ask them to come back and remove. I though the price was expensive but it was easily going to work out cheaper than the other two companies I contacted. They also had the least disruptive plan for working around my AC/heating unit. I got a higher bid from A+ Sustainable Coatings, and Hollywood Roofing told me I would have to hire a crane to lift that unit off the roof while they worked, which they said would be about $2500. I never did get a complete bid from them but with that extra cost I assumed it wouldn't be competitive, and I didn't think the crane was necessary. With Roofing USA, the price worked out at about $7 per square foot."

The job entailed removing partial decking revealing some damage which Noemi explained, it was addressed and care was also taken replacing the decking. She was informative throughout. We are confident of a quality siding installation more secure than the original. Clean up care was also taken. We are hiring again for roofing!"

"First, I should apologize for taking so long to write this review.  Because I did not get on the ball and write it sooner, I do not remember the name of the kind gentleman who cleaned my carpet.  My most sincere apologies!
Secondly, Avalanche Carpet Cleaning did an awesome job!  I still remember how happy and satisfied I was with the work they performed on my carpets.  My carpets looked brand new after they were done and it didn't take as long as I thought for them to dry out.  The gentleman who performed the cleaning kindly put the less heavy furniture on what looked like Styrofoam blocks, to prevent the stain on the furniture from leeching into the carpet after the cleaning.  He was very careful with my furniture to move it around, or at least the furniture that could be moved. I did not ask him to move the entertainment center or heavy bookshelves.  Everything else he moved as he needed.  
He also added the protective starch (I believe) coating, so that my carpet would not get stained with dirt quite so easy.  Which happened a lot previously because my backyard was mostly made up of dirt.
Thank you so much and since I found out they clean tile as well, I will definitely be calling them in the future for that!
