So I purchased this coupon to install a emergency shutoff valve. A different technician came out and inspected the shutoff valve. Unfortunately he explained he couldn't do the work because our main water pipe is plastic not metal. I called the office manager who was helpful, but confirmed they couldn't replace the emergency shutoff valve when the main water pipe is plastic."
