"My contractor recommended Jim He placed a call and Jim came over a few hours later. I was expecting to have to replace whole section of shingles, Jim took a look and recommended we just repair (seal up) some rusted nails too close to the shingle edge. After next heavy rain still had a small leak, he came right over and expanded the area sealing up some additional poorly placed nails, at no extra charge. All good since then. I will have Jim quote on roof replacement in a few years."

"Hello, One of you're members JJP Roofing Inc. recently completed my roof 2/2020, at 929 Holbrook Cir. FL. It is now 9/2020, and there is many roof leaks on my ceiling. JJP Roofing claims since was not the contract signer of his warranty that my roof is not covered. See attached contract to see there are no warrant restrictive provisions.
