"Horrible workmanship - to the degree that I am truly suspicious of any of his online reviews and their credibility. This man, hands down performed some of the shabbiest and most unsightly work I have ever seen. As if that wasn?t enough, when I approached him about it, he grew defensive to the point of leaving my home without notice and leaving nails, metal shavings and tools behind. I would never in my right mind recommend this man for any job.Take a look at his ramshackle van - mind you, I don?t generally judge about a persons? auto. Had the owner of this one-man company performed well, his vehicle would have never been mentioned. However, I feel that van mirrors the aesthetic his work takes on. Atrocious work and what?s worse is his sourpuss attitude."

"I told him what I wanted on the phone and then again when he arrived 1 1/2 HOURS Late. He brought his mother and sister-in-law. His problem was that I speak Spanish. He gave the wrong instructions to his team. I overheard this and again corrected him. Rules of my complex is that you can't have workers after 5 on the premises. He demanded his money after partially doing the job incorrectly actually making the problem worse. I was alone as both my neighbors were gone so I paid him. He promised to come back in 2 weeks. It has now been 6 weeks and I have called twice to chase him down to finish properly. I just gave up. I have been ripped off. Don't use him."

Therefore, the fireplaces and gas burners sputtered and barely worked. I had to hire another professional (gas certified) to correct the problems cause by this company. I feel that I am due a refund. I paid double to complete the work correctly. "

When I think of what the home has become in the last three decades as a contractor and a personal home dweller, a few critical issues always raise their ugly head from time to time. When we not only eat and sleep, and then work in this castle almost 24/7, we have to first consider the quality of the air we breathe. That’s pivot point number one! The second imperative thought is, how clean is that spacious attic that graces the above ceiling over us rate when it comes to toxic or contaminate debris? Next is how costly and how pure is that cool air that’s pumped through those vents of ours to keep our plush lifestyle without sweat or toil? Lastly, and maybe not so common to us surf rats her in sunny So Cali, how effective is that furnace which produces heat when we’re shivering to the bone? There are tons of cold shouldered, huge corporate companies that do, so called Air Conditioning 365/24/7 for a measly buck, while The Service is just a phone call away. I’ve been there, I am there and will be in the future, so let me, as the owner of The Service, take the sting out of not knowing what you’re getting into before you regret. I won’t play the mystery card or deal from the bottom of the deck, what you see is what you’ll get. I’ll provide quality, be efficient and transparent in everything I do.
