"The owner Fabio, offered me an alternative to my original request I thought I needed to replace my 200' 38 year old steel fence. He walked me step by step of what he proposed and what he could provide in his bid. He provided a bid that included pictures of his walk thru of the rusted out fence from one end to another. He provided me a preliminary bid for my inspection and returned to my home to walk me through the process. Then he spray painted the areas that were to be replaced. Then he provided me the final contract that I gladly signed. He scheduled the work and completed the entire job as he contracted for in that time frame. I had other Contractors working on my home at this time and they commented on the professional welding they were providing. They were Professional and Polite during every visit. "We purchased a Sunbrella material retractable awning from North County Deck in 2010, as part of our new deck installation.  North County Deck obtained the awning from Abbott Industries/Abbott Awnings.  It is a large awning (more than 20 ft) operated from a switch inside our house.  The awning has a manual operation in case of power outtage.  It is well made and came with a 5 year warranty.  Recently the awning material split along a seam.  We notified North County Deck, who contacted Abbott and arranged to have the awning picked up and repaired.  Today (11/19/2014) a team from Abbott Awnings reinstalled the awning and ensured it worked properly.  There was no charge to us.  Though Abbott Awnings has new owners since we purchased the awning, they have retained their commitment to customer service.  We will be glad to purchase from them in future.
