Drain cleaning is part of maintaining a plumbing system. It is a craft different than installing and repairing plumbing but it is just as important to do it correctly. The other values in McDonough’s services are several having the equipment and personnel trained and available is paramount to this no matter how big a job has gotten they have never stopped until it was completed! The other feature that is not fully understood by many is that it is always best to use someone that has only one purpose in mind and that is to get the drain cleaned and inspected and has no reason to up sell you on some repairs or replacement that you don’t need. That why we use them as a plumbing company and recommend them to our valued clients. Great company that invests in training, retaining and having the equipment that their service people need to be efficient, productive and provide the services that they are being relied on to provide."

"I thought my outdoor spigot needed to be replaced. I thought it was leaking, but it was the hose that was more of the issue. I had an appointment set up with an estimator to come out. The morning of the appointment they called and asked if I would like a plumber to come out that way the work could be done the same day if I went with the quote. The plumber, Howard, checked the spigot and shut off valve, and removed the hose that was stuck on the spigot. He was very honest and did not try to sell me something I did not need. For that reason alone I will use them in the future for any plumbing issues. He gave me an estimate for the spigot and one for the shut off valve that seemed standard, in case I need to replace it in the future. They were very responsive as a business and honest, so I will use them in the future."

"I was super impressed by every aspect of Randy’s Electric. First, their scheduling is top-notch. The gentleman who answered the phone could not have been nicer and made me feel like I made his day simply by calling, and the woman who handled confirmation calls was also super friendly. Second, I received multiple confirmations by telephone, email and text. I had had various no-shows in the previous week by plumbing, a different electrician, and handyman vendors so I was very glad for the proactive confirmations and the awesome customer service by Randy’s Electric! The day of the appointment, I also received an email with my electrician’s name, photo and bio. Whoever is in charge of the Randy’s confirmation process, give that person a raise! Great idea and very welcome. Lastly, my electrician Tom Leahy could not have been nicer, more skilled, professional or efficient, and did a great job! I also asked him for a quote for additional building work on behalf of my condo association, as I would use Randy’s Electric again in a heartbeat. Outstanding experience!"

"We had a deep clog in our bathroom sink that was unable to be touched by chemicals or our hand-crank snake.  I called Burkhardt Plumbing primarily due to prices shown on previous reviews and their hours available.  We scheduled an appointment for the next day.  When Chris arrived, he listened to what we'd done to date and got right to work.  He managed to disassemble the trap with no mess, and successfully unclogged our sink with a power snake.  As he was reassembling the trap, he noticed a small hole in the trap and replaced it on the spot for $10 extra (which was also the amount of our Angie's List discount, so it was essentially free).  Chris was very courteous and willing to answer any questions I had.  My only complaint was that he showed up about 20 minutes late to our appointment, but I was able to call him for a progress report and he arrived before his new estimated time.

"I needed KDrains to come out on short notice to camera my sewer line and remove a clog. Kyle made arrangements to meet me right away and made sure I felt I was as important as any of his customers. He arrived just ahead of the scheduled time. He was very professional and knew just what to do. Kyle took the time to explain everything while he was getting things done. He completed the project in a timely manner and was one of the most personable repair specialists I ve ever dealt with. I can t say enough about how satisfied I was and at a very reasonable cost.
