The other values in McDonough’s services are several having the equipment and personnel trained and available is paramount to this no matter how big a job has gotten they have never stopped until it was completed! The other feature that is not fully understood by many is that it is always best to use someone that has only one purpose in mind and that is to get the drain cleaned and inspected and has no reason to up sell you on some repairs or replacement that you don’t need. "We had a deep clog in our bathroom sink that was unable to be touched by chemicals or our hand-crank snake.  I called Burkhardt Plumbing primarily due to prices shown on previous reviews and their hours available.  We scheduled an appointment for the next day.  When Chris arrived, he listened to what we'd done to date and got right to work.  He managed to disassemble the trap with no mess, and successfully unclogged our sink with a power snake.  As he was reassembling the trap, he noticed a small hole in the trap and replaced it on the spot for $10 extra (which was also the amount of our Angie's List discount, so it was essentially free).  Chris was very courteous and willing to answer any questions I had.  My only complaint was that he showed up about 20 minutes late to our appointment, but I was able to call him for a progress report and he arrived before his new estimated time.
