"Requested a quote and Justin texted quickly, asking to see a pic inside one of our returns. Stated that the ducts looked clean and advised how to check the furnace to see if it's been done before. Lo and behold, found a sticker on the furnace indicating a duct cleaning had been completed recently by the previous owners. He also recommended a low cost solution to sanitize the HVAC system that we could do ourselves. We are super impressed and plan to hire this company when the time comes for a cleaning! "It went GREAT! I could be happier. First, I would like to say I called on a Monday spoke with Reed directly, and he was able to come out by Friday. So that's awesome in that respect, that we didn't have to wait 3 weeks for service. Secondly, Reed was very punctual and arrived right on time. He was friendly, helpful, and very understanding because my house was a mess! (We're doing a little remodeling) He went right to work, removed & then replaced all my covers ( Thank you Reed! Note to all other Air Duct Cleaners - the customer should not have to do that), he cleaned up after himself, was very respectful of our home, he answered all my questions patiently, he showed us videos of the before and after.... YUCK, he then cleaned our dryer vent, another major YUCK... then cleaned our A/C & furnace, all at no extra charge. There was a BONUS - He offered to take $25 off our bill if we chose a charity to donate it too. I told him I much prefer the smaller, family owned businesses over the bigger companies, you always receive excellent service at an affordable rate. Reed - you're total class act!
