I provided light assist moving/installing doors and propane heater during cold weather. Unplanned cold snap added to drying time & heat expense."

"Went in to have the AWD fixed and the car checked in general.  They recommended a new serpentine belt and breaks.  We did both.  The belt was wrong and squeeled whenever we turned.  Went back, they said it wasn't bad so drive it some more.  Squeel got worse so we brought it back.  They changed the belt the the car has never driven the same since.  On the breaks.  They replaced them quickly but we sound like a city bus whenever we use them, squeeking every time.  Overall the quality and attention to detail is lacking.  I would not recommend them if you want quality work. <br />"

"CHI did an exceptional job replacing windows and a storm door. The cluster of 7 windows is in a brick-cladded wall, with curved oak trim on the interior. The result is beautiful--the new trim matches perfectly. What most impressed us was how careful and thorough everyone was. The crew worked together to come up with the best way to handle problems. For example, the storm door hardware didn't fit right, so they came back an extra morning to modify the wood framing. Overall, they did what was needed to get a good result."

"Two Stafford electricians came to my home to take care of the scheduled service.  A representative had already come to my home to inspect and discuss the work to be done.  A quote was provided within 24 hours.   I was able to schedule for a day and time frame convenient to me.  They called the night before to confirm and the primary electrician called about 30 minutes before arriving to give a friendly "heads up" ETA.   They were very professional and courteous.  Wore disposable booties to avoid tracking anything in my home.   They had to deal with a number of obstructions in this older home but thought it through and implemented a game plan that avoided any damage or alterations to the visible surfaces along the path.  They were efficient and effective.  The end result was exactly as I had hoped for.  They even were very concerned about leaving no mess behind.  They cleaned wherever they worked.  You couldn't tell anyone had just spent 3 hours working in my home when they left.   The price was exactly what the quote said.  No surprises!  Very clean, professional, efficient and came through at the quoted price.  I plan to use them again when I need any electrical work done."

"Dan quickly diagnosed the primary problem, which was a relay which was stuck. Once he fixed that, the machine reset and was ready to play. Dan then proceeded to go through the entire machine to make sure it was working properly. He replaced some burned out bulbs, changed several of the O-rings which were worn, discovered that someone had used an incorrect spring on one of the bumpers, replaced it with the correct sping, and cleaned the corrosion which had built up over the years on some of the electrical contacts. Dan did not mind my and quot;standing over his shoulder,and quot; asking him questions as he worked on my machine. It was obvious that he knew a lot about pinball machines. He also offered me some general maintenance tips on how to take care of the machine so that I only need to call him when the machine needs repair. In total, Dan spent two hours getting my machine back into tip-top shape. He was a pleasant individual who had great people skills! The quality of his work was excellent and the cost was very fair. Having him work on my machine was a very positive experience! If my pinball machine needs repair in the future, Dan is definitely the man I'm going to call. <br />"
