They followed up promptly afterwards and set a time to come out for a quote. They answered all our questions and helped us envision what it could look like. They were the only company we had out that actually cared (the others you probably hear advertised all the time). If you're here because you are researching them you can see they do this all the time and they do it well. They gave us many options to choose from for the patio & other items to complete the project (I.e stairs or grass seed). "The quality of the work was excellent. Owner and workers were very professional and a pleasure to work with. Only complaint is that response to phone calls and emails was less than perfect, as I had to contact Chris more than once on a couple of occasions to get him to return my call or email. A relatively minor complaint compared to the general satisfaction I have with his work. I would definitely call on Artistic Landscapes again and would highly recommend them."

We had a good meeting and was happy he came out so quickly.  Was worth the $25 to me but then follow through was really slow with the quote for clean up, mulching and potentially ripping out and replacing an area with new perennials.

After making a couple of inquiries about the quote and not hearing back, I had decided to do work myself with help from neighbor boy and family.  I finally heard back but too late.  Wheels were already turning on our action plan.  The representative did state personal reasons for the tardy response but I feel a quick call or e-mail letting me know what's going on would have been helpful.
