"I'm giving a 4.5 only because I just had GGA install valor gutter guards. It's October and leaves and debris will be problematic soon and I need to see them in action under a heavey downpour to give 5.0 stars. Other than that, I got four quotes. The sales professional was the most through. The price was on point for the quality of gutter guards. I got the "Valor gutter guards". After doing my due dilligence I believe these to be superior gutter guards. Obviously time will tell. Install team was great, on time and efficient. My only complaint is a small one, they unstrapped one of my upper downspouts that dumps into my lower first floor gutters in order to get the gutter guard fitted in place. But forgot to either install a longer strap, move the strap further up the downspout. Anyway it is just hanging out undone."

"When I purchased the gutter protection plan I did not receive any paperwork or a guarantee certificate. When the salesperson did not give it to me on the day of purchase, I thought I would get it the day of installation. The installation day came and went and still no paperwork. I had to call, and all I received was a messy handwritten purchase order. No nice neat certificate that most places give. When the company installed the gutter covers they told me they were going to clean out my downspouts. All they did was bang on them. I know some are full. I have a feeling when it rains I am going to be left with a bigger problem. I have underground piping that is connected to the downspouts and think everything from the downspouts will end in the piping."
