"We contracted in late December for Roofing Inc. to install a new Interlocking Roof. Once we finalized the deal it took about 2 weeks to have the materials delivered and work to begin. On the first day of the project the front of the house was stripped of the old roof material and about 1/4 of the new roof installed. We were impressed that there was very little refuse in the yard and the amount of work that was accomplished on the first day. Of course everything can't go right with any project, in conversing with the crew chief I did not mention that we live about 14 miles from everywhere. Also the salesman did not inform him either. We were unable to be here for the first day and when we did speak with the crew chief, he said that they nearly ran out of gas and did not have lunch the first day. We felt really bad about that but that set back did not effect the professionalism or diligence of the crew. On the second day they completed the installation of the front roof, removed the old roof on the rear and prepared the bare unlayment to weather the rain due the next day. We weathered the storm with no leaks. Thursday brought the sun and our new roof. It looks great and the craftsmanship is excellent. i would recommend Roofing inc and the Interlock roof for anyone that is looking for a roof that will last a lifetime."

"From the time if the initial estimate to the installation, everything went smoothly. I decided to change to a metal roof because I was renovating the room that has a low slope rubber roof and have had several leaks. I was not about to add insulation and a new ceiling and have to deal with a potential for leaks. Thus, I felt a metal roof would be the best option. Because I only have 2 X6 with no attic  I decided to add foam board insulation to the roof deck and Dave gave me a fair price. I'm glad I added the foam board to deck and it gives me extra pitch too. Dave upgraded the ice and snow membrane at no extra charge. The workers were great and they stayed late to ensure that the roof was sealed before they left because there was a chance of showers. Additionally, they sealed all of my roof penetrations on the rest of my house and  fixed some shingles had a previous leak without me asking at no charge! Wow what service.

"Home Genius exteriors were not the most inexpensive choice, but they seemed the most competent. They did the most thorough inspection before sitting down with me and going over all of my different options and choices. They educated me at length on the different kinds of materials and methods used to properly install a roof. They offered several different tiers of installation. There were some glitches and delays because I had solar panels on my roof, and they worked through them seamlessly. They did an excellent cleanup job, finishing by using a magnet to pick up all the loose nails. Kristy Jones was my coordinator, and she was terrific. She always had the right answer and was very easy to reach. Their final inspection guy, Quaven, was particularly helpful. He answered all my questions and was very patient and courteous. All in all, we were very satisfied with the job they did and would recommend them to anyone looking for a roof install."

The vanity had to go too so he picked that up and installed it for me as well. Great communication, very professional job done and it looks great!
