"It went well. Green Phoenix came on the scheduled date, worked with the insurance company to establish coverage and replaced the roof, including the decking before the next rain storm. They made sure the new gutters matched the existing paint on the house exterior. They also picked up all the old shingles and even used a metal detector to look for nails in the yard. "I believe when they came out I did the carpet in my play room and I can say that was years ago. I was pleased. After they came out I realized they had also tiled my bathroom in my master bedroom. I just replaced the carpet and I know it has been there since I started doing child care in that play room. I would say that was probably like in early 90s, like 1996 maybe. I couldn't even say when the tile was done. That was earlier than that. I think when I called them the last time was to repair my carpet. I had the same ones that was unraveling. He came in and fixed it. There wasn't much he could do. He couldn't keep if from unraveling. It was going to happen again but he definitely repaired it for the time."

"<p>We love our new space. James and Yana did a great job on designing the cabinetry. We changed the layout of the cabinets, but we didn't move the plumbing or electrical or gas. So the stove, sink, and refrigerator stayed in the same place. We got a granite countertop and travertine backsplash. The pantry is very deep and has two shelves that pull out. All the cabinet drawers and doors are self-closing. Oh, how we love that! And the new can lights in the ceiling are so much better than the old fluorescent light, and the pendant above the sink and the under-counter lights make the room much brighter. Plus the two glass door cabinets have interior lighting. </p> <p>James, Yana and the whole crew are great to work with. When we found paint spots on the floor, Joe came right out and cleaned them up. The only issue is the cleaning person. She doesn't do as thorough a job as I would like. </p>"
